Quick answer
Tampa Bay Shine offers student apartment cleaning at qualifying Wesley Chapel-area residential addresses for Pasco-Hernando State College students. First-time eligible customers can use PHSC20 for $20 off a cleaning subtotal of at least $125.
PHSC students living around Wesley Chapel
PHSC has campus locations serving Pasco and Hernando counties. Our student offer is intended for serviced residential addresses around Wesley Chapel, not every PHSC location. Students outside our coverage area should confirm availability before making plans.
Cleaning a shared apartment during a busy term
Shared kitchens, frequently used bathrooms and entryway floors can collect mess between study sessions and work shifts. Standard service is useful for ongoing upkeep, and deep cleaning may be selected for more intensive work.
Regular cleaning or a one-time reset
Some students prefer one visit before guests arrive or after a packed exam schedule. Others prefer recurring appointments so the household has a routine. Both use the same existing residential pricing and scheduling process.
Moving out of a student rental
Check the lease for cleaning expectations, coordinate keys and access with roommates, and remove personal items before cleaning. A move-out appointment can help prepare a rental but cannot ensure a security deposit refund.
Family support for students away from home
A parent can purchase a cleaning gift card online and coordinate with the student. The student’s eligible service address and building rules still determine whether cleaning can be scheduled.
PHSC coverage is based on the residential address
Pasco-Hernando State College serves a broader area than Tampa Bay Shine's normal service territory. This page is for PHSC students living at eligible addresses around Wesley Chapel and communities we already serve. Attending PHSC does not mean every Pasco or Hernando County apartment is covered, so confirm your exact ZIP code and availability before booking.
For shared rentals, agree on which bedrooms and common rooms are to be cleaned, and arrange authorized access.
Planning cleaning around semester and lease changes
A single appointment can help reset the kitchen and shared bathrooms after a demanding term. Students who prefer regular upkeep can choose a recurring frequency through the existing booking system. At move-out, review your lease, remove personal possessions and trash, and schedule cleaning ahead of the final walkthrough. No cleaning company can guarantee a deposit refund.
