Tampa Bay Shine offers cleaning for eligible off-campus apartments used by Florida College students in the Temple Terrace and northeast Tampa service area. FC20 gives $20 off a new customer’s first qualifying cleaning when the cleaning subtotal is at least $125.
Apartment living near Florida College
Florida College is located in Temple Terrace, on the northeast side of Tampa. Eligible apartments in Temple Terrace and nearby residential neighborhoods can use our regular booking flow; service for any particular address must be confirmed before booking.
A cleaner shared kitchen and bathroom
When students share a rental, surfaces, shower areas, toilets and floors can need additional attention. Standard cleaning supports routine upkeep, while deep cleaning may be better when soap scum, cooking residue or other buildup has accumulated.
Preparing for weekends away and semester breaks
A cleaning before a family visit or after a demanding study period can help make common areas easier to use. Decide with roommates which rooms are included and arrange safe access before the appointment.
Move-out cleaning around lease requirements
Property managers may require particular cleaning conditions at lease end. Review the instructions, remove belongings, and arrange a move-out service appropriate for the actual apartment condition. We do not guarantee deposit returns.
Parents can purchase a cleaning gift card
A parent who lives outside Tampa can buy a gift card online while the student coordinates service availability and authorized entry. Gift cards are separate from promotional-code eligibility.
Apartment cleaning near Florida College in Temple Terrace
Florida College is based in Temple Terrace, and students may live in surrounding rental housing rather than on campus. Provide your apartment address, any guest parking instructions and the best way to enter the property. Cleaning in institution-owned residence halls is available only where third-party access is permitted and properly authorized.
For shared kitchens and bathrooms, agree with roommates on which spaces are included and whether one-time or recurring care makes the most sense.
Choose the correct cleaning before your next semester
Standard cleaning fits an apartment already maintained regularly. Deep cleaning is more appropriate when soap residue, cooking grease or other buildup needs extra attention. Students leaving a lease should choose move-out cleaning, check their lease requirements and make sure belongings are removed before service. Our booking form uses the same ordinary residential pricing regardless of college.
